Romeo’s active participation in the organization includes strategy development, budgeting, advocacy and high-level meetings with institutions and businesses like the Duquesne University and La Roche College. These active roles have positioned him as the key player in the formation of our Board of directors.
Romeo has a degree in Accounting and Information Systems, holds a Master in Organizational Leadership , with a focus on Ethics. from Duquesne University and is currently pursing a Master in Human resources at La Roche College. As his brother Ben, he holds a certification in Development and Humanitarian Aid.
His academic background and work experience has positioned Romeo to develop a focus in accounting, data collection, fraud detection, fraud prevention, record keeping and efficient use of information technology. Additionally, Romeo has experienced a wide range of living and working conditions, which has given him empathy required to function responsibly and drive to always better himself.
