Ben is the CEO and Co-founder of FBS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people in the developing world to gain access to safe water, sanitation and education. (Foundation Bon Samaritan is the resulting of Ben's childhood dream). He believes that access to safe water, sanitation, and education are not only are vital to sustain life and promote economic growth and development.

 

Ben is actively participating in his organization’s work by regularly visiting sites in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He also participate in strategy development, advocacy and meetings with the local leaders to find and elaborate sustainable solutions to remedy to rural water issues

 

Ben’s educational credentials include a degree in Business administration with two concentrations in Information Systems and Electronic Commerce from the University of Toledo ,and  a Maters in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College .

In addition to his formal education,  Ben received a certification in Humanitarian aids from La Roche College and a formal training and certification in Development and Humanitarian Aid by the RedR UK, one of the world’s premiere international NGO that offer training to organizations and staff to respond to the needs of disaster affected communities, efficiently, and safely.
